Not the prettiest saved me 8.99 buying in store.
Anna Gartinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14691118285184357869noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1356250882120656457.post-16531659882013825502019-11-25T19:40:54.854-08:002019-11-25T19:40:54.854-08:00Great job thanks for the details now more then eve...Great job thanks for the details now more then ever we need to live on less then we makeBeckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01893299343177717697noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1356250882120656457.post-83609673656655649632019-11-25T16:30:59.386-08:002019-11-25T16:30:59.386-08:00I am so thankful that we were debt free when my hu...I am so thankful that we were debt free when my husband became disabled three years ago. It allows us to live well on half the income that we had before. Even now we only live on about 65% of that because we are savers and we know we will need it at a later date. I have known for many years that the easiest way to extend the grocery budget is to be generous with what we have.

When I bring whole chickens home from the grocery store I take them out of the package and remove the giblets and such. Then I repackage in a gallon Ziploc bag and freeze. This way I can take the chicken straight from the freezer to the crock pot. I cook it on high for 2 hours to get it going and then to low for the rest of the day. To me this is convenience food! I have all day to think of what to add for side dishes for the evening meal.Lanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09380649410508372279noreply@blogger.com
