Happy New Year to all of you!
Enjoy being with your family.
I leave you with a collection I have gotten years ago. I would yard sale frequently during the summers and would see a vintage pot holder here and there. They would be a dime. Knowing what work was in each one, I just started to pick them up when I saw them and there you go, a collection was born. Enjoy!
We will all work to make 2024 a better year!
FELIZ AÑO NUEVO PARA TI Y TU FAMILIA BECKY, QUE DIOS TE SIGA BENDICIENDO Y PROSPERANDO EN TODO LO QUE EMPRENDAS. ME ENCANTA LOS TEJIDOS AL CROCHET, SON HERMOSOS Y PIENSO HACER VARIOS ESTE VERANO PARA DECORAR ALGUN RINCON DEL HOGAR, TAMBIEN BORDARE ALGUNOS ADORNOS, ME MANTENDRE BASTANTE OCUPADA PARA PASAR EL VERANO CALUROSO QUE TENEMOS. HICE UNA PUBLICACION RECIENTEMENTE, ESPERO QUE TENGAS TIEMPO PARA PASAR. BENDICIONES DULCE AMIGA Y ESPERO MAS PUBLICACIONES TUYAS PARA APRENDER NUEVAS COSAS. UN ABRAZO A LA DISTANCIA.
ReplyDeleteNext week will be back to normal I thought everyone would be busy with the holidays. DeleteHappy Birthday to you Lovely Becky.. Hope your day is wonderful and your year the best ever. Thank you for all the time and work you put into the blog for us.. You are so creative and generous.
ReplyDeleteThank you I hope it can be a fantastic year too and I am just happy to be of service.
DeleteWishing you a calm and healthy 2024! I noticed you didn't put the italicized inspiration directive at the beginning of this post. Hope it was just an oversight and not something that will be left out going forward ... they've been very "comforting" to me. All the best!
ReplyDeleteThis one and last one were just wishing every one happy holidays the quotes are on going on the regular posts back to normal on Monday hope you have a wonderful new year too. I am glad that they are comforting to you they are to me as well thank you.
Deleteoooh ...makes me happy to see that. Thanks so much for all you share
DeleteYep the next two are already made and they have the quotes and you are most welcome
DeleteHappy New Year's. Happy birthday too! I love the old crochet potholders. I never see them any more around here except in the antique shops. They average $4.00 to $10.00 each. Used to be they would be may b e a quarter at a yard sale. I used to crochet with that small cotton thread but no longer.. I always liked the potholders that looked like little doll clothes! Annie
ReplyDeleteThank you hope another yr older makes me wiser too. You made me think I haven't gotten any in years hmmmm
DeleteHow lovely the potholders are! (From Louisiana & a potholder knitter!)
ReplyDeleteI just picked them up here and there for a dime back in my yard sale days
